Build: we caught the fish and handed it to him. Andrew runs it himself now.
// Before
Where they started.
Andrew knew how to train healthcare recruiters better than almost anyone. He didn't have a brand, a course anyone could buy, or a way for LinkedIn to send him students without him chasing every one.
// What we did
What we did.
- 01.
Build the brand
Brand identity and the first website, so a recruiter who heard his name could find something worth trusting.
- 02.
Build the product
The full course: video lessons, worksheets, PDFs and books. Something he could sell while he slept.
- 03.
Build the lead flow
A short-form content system for LinkedIn, where healthcare recruiters already spend their day.
- 04.
Teach him to run it
Marketing coaching alongside the build, so the system didn't need us to keep working.
- 05.
Hand over the keys
Everything moved into Andrew's name. He's changed the site since, which is exactly the point: a Build is his to keep and his to change.

// Why Build
Why we built it.
Andrew wanted to own the machine, not rent it. A Build puts it in the client's hands. This one stretched over three years because it came before Builds had a name. Today the same work fits in ninety days.
// What they kept
The brand, the course, the website and the content system are Andrew's.
